Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance on our software applications
- Install applications on client servers
- Troubleshoot application issues
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Testing of new applications that the software engineering team develops
Qualifications
- Looking for 1+ years of experience
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience with HTML a plus
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Work well in a team or individually
