Territory – Western NY

Field Sales Representative – Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse

As our Field Sales Representative, your goal will be to focus on generating new business growth and account management of existing customers throughout Western New York.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect via phone, e-mail and face-to-face sales calls
  • Attend different associations assigned to the position
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Become familiar with Salesforce and enter opportunities
  • Use our quoting tool Quotewerks
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Responsible for maximizing revenue growth in assigned accounts, as well as obtaining new business

​Qualifications

  • 2-5+ Years previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a Plus
  • Familiarity with Quotewerks a Plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
